Award-winning wine is made with four of Nova Scotia’s choicest grape varieties—Castel, Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, and Lucie Kuhlmann. Grown in a unique terroir which is created by the slope of the land, the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait (the warmest waters north of the Carolinas) and the lack of fog, the grapes are carefully selected and then fermented in their skins.
A full bodied intrepid amber ale. Dark mahogany-walnut in colour, with a malty rich backbone supporting some unexpected hop flavours. At 5% ABV it’s a super drinkable, sessionable ale.
The hop profile is as unique as it gets. Heavily dry hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade, Ahtanum, and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Smooth, medium, aged in oak barrel.
Wild flower, herbaceous aromatics, refreshing pink grapefruit.
